WARNING
Due to recent change in the Instagram API policy, starting from March 31st 2020 the login option may stop working for both Classic Hotspot and White Label accounts.
In this case we suggest to our customers to remove this option from the splash page.

Basic API definition and policy
Enabling the Instagram Login option, a Instagram Login button will appear on the Classic Hotspot Splash Page.
The login process is automatically configured and operative, as Instagram communicates with the Classic Hotspot "Access Internet" application.
HOW TO CONFIGURE INSTAGRAM LOGIN
STEP 1
Access to the Splash Page Editor >> Click on the "+" on the top-left of the Editor, drag and drop a login button
STEP 2
Click on the login button (that will represent, by default, Facebook Login) >> Select the Method "Instagram" in the right menu
STEP 3
Customize text and style of the button from the right menu
STEP 4
In Advanced Settings enable "Ask user email" to force the email registration, otherwise it will not be gathered in social Dashboard
Enable the "Ask to fill custom form to complete login" option if you want to configure the incremental authentication with pre-filled fields in Custom form

DATA COLLECTION
Depending on the user's privacy settings and available information, you can collect the following data:
First name
Last name
Picture
Mac address
Email (if forced)
LOGIN PROCESS
SCREEN 1
The user clicks on the button in the Splash Page
SCREEN 2
Instagram asks to sign in to your Instagram Account (if you haven't signed in before)
SCREEN 3
Instagram asks for permissions, if the user clicks on "Authorize" he will complete the authentication, if no, he will be redirected to the Splash Page.
