The bandwidth control per client allows you to limit the bandwidth per user in a specific SSID.
CAUTION
The feature is available starting from Classic Hotspot firmware 2.19.0
With this feature, any device connected to a specific SSID will experience a traffic shaping with an upper bound of the specified value, avoiding any bandwidth steal by high requests from other devices, which could easily end in no enough bandwidth left for everyone.
The traffic shaping applied with this feature allows users to experience an initial "burst" of the bandwidth, allowing services like streaming videos, to easily start buffering the first seconds quickly.
In this way the overall user experience, even if limited in bandwidth, will be increased compared to a simple traffic shaping.
NOTE
