From Classic Hotspot Social Dashboard you can export your data either in CSV or XLS format for your convenience.
How to export data
STEP 1
From cloud.tanaza.com you can access to Social Dashboard clicking on Hotspots on the top right:
or you can access directly from the webpage (https://dashboard.tanaza.com)
After the authentication the page will appear as in the picture below
STEP 2
Now if you go to Users or Connections tab, you can find on the Top Right a button to export your data either on CSV of XLS format.
By clicking on the button, a box to confirm the export will appear and by accepting it you will get an email with the link to download the data
Note: You can use the embedded filtering options to filter the data you want to export for both, Users and Connections data.
