How to integrate form-based authentication with Mailchimp

CAUTION
If  you decide to work with an existing Mailchimp list, the field "Custom Data" will not be toggled, so you need to perform below work around:

1 - From your Classic Hotspot dashboard go to your SSID settings
2 - Turn of the Mailchimp Integrations (or change list in case you have more than one)
3 - Save your SSID settings
4 - Open its settings again and turn on your Mailchimp integration (or change the list back to the wanted one)
5 - Save your SSID settings
