With Classic Hotspot is possible to combine the access to a splash page in an open SSID with a required access code.
This is especially useful when it is needed gathering social data (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) preventing unauthorized accesses to WiFi.
One example is the practice of allowing the employees of an organization to use their own computers, smartphones, or other devices for work purposes, or Bring Your Own Device (BYOD).
How to activate the code request
STEP 1
From
cloud.tanaza.com access to your Network -> WiFi SSID
Select then your SSID and from "Splash Page" tab edit the page
STEP 2
From your editor on the upper left press Settings and then Security.
In the Security Page you can activate the feature and write the desired password.
Click Save in the end to take affective your settings.
STEP 4
Now every user that will try to access to your splash page will have to type in a pre defined code before having access to the regular splash page:
